Weigh In

Moving up to 8 lb dumbbells kicked my ass this week, and guess what… it paid off, losing a full two pounds. That’s more like it, I was right in thinking I needed to challenge myself more.

I added some weight and I found it super effective.

What am I eating?

Eggs! Still. Ugh. Limited carbs, but I still gave up on the weekend and had some bread and potatoes.

Strong and energized. I have been sleeping well too.
